Our History
In 1998, we were formed as a woman owned business in Saratoga Springs, NY and continue as such today. In our real estate division we have been involved with ownership, management, brokerage and joint venture development of nearly a billion dollars of real estate.

Our projects have included hotel & mixed use developments, office buildings, condominiums, commercial and residential units. We have participated in projects in major urban markets, as well as highway/suburban locations. From NYC to Michigan to China.

In short we involve ourselves in projects that make economic sense.

In 2006, we were able to fill a void in the government contracting sector. We began with a manufactured product line thru a closely related “sister” corporation and successfully brought these products to market.

Today thru our evolution and constant improvement process, our government division handles military logistics and procurement related solely to the hospitality field.

We continue to be actively involved in a joint venture ownership of some 15 hotels nationwide and the management of our government contracts.

Our growth partners are those with which we share the responsibility of fulfilling commitments. They are as diverse as an independent hotel in Kansas, a manufacturer in Georgia, an ultra luxury international chain in Manhattan, or a title company in California.

These are the companies with which we choose to associate. By whose actions we are also judged and with whom we strive to fulfill our contracts in both spirit and intent.
